The modular public/corporate buildings can be constructed in short term, thus advancing the moving-in date with
the nature of reusing them the change of usage. Because it is easily dismantled and reassembled, the flexible supply
of public facilities to needed regions is possible. Beginning with the first modular school as a joint pilot project with
the Education Office in 2003, we have been providing modular schools, research institutes, offices and others.
