Description

This is 'C-House', a new platform applied by Daelim e-pyeonhansesang. This eco-friendly, low-energy apartment housing improves thermal insulation (prevents dew condensation) and interlayer noises, and applies the elevation pattern of a high-rise, mixed-use housing that is free from uniform apartment designs and that uses vertically long doors and windows as well as wall grids. Structurally simplified unit households reduce construction costs and improve constructability. A plan to build basements according to different ground levels is to diversify access and maximize the use of outdoor areas.
