Description

This is the first apartment applied modular system in Korea. It is possible to dismantle, move, and reinstall the units after a land contract is over. Maximized factory production portion enabled to minimize the site construction period by 1.5 months. BIM-based designs for the apartment increased efficient constructability and reduced risks.
