The concept of the project symbolizes a golden city with combination of words: 'Splendor' which means 'Sparkle' and 'Dora' which means 'Gold'; seeking the sophisticated branding of North An Khanh. The landscape of the North An Khanh new town stretches out on the wide lake forms its own unique identity.
