This project proposes a new residential complex in which distinctive construction technology leads architectural planning, based on a PC rigid-frame modular system.
Leveraging the structural stability that enables high-rise development, the residential buildings are strategically placed along the perimeter of the site, even within the high-density urban fabric of the Ansan Singil 2 district. This configuration secures open view corridors and generous outdoor spaces within the complex.
All residential units are oriented 100% to the south, maximizing daylight access, natural ventilation, and energy efficiency. Optimized building spacing and layout create a comfortable residential scale and an open, unobstructed landscape.
At the center of the complex, a main community street is planned to encourage everyday social interaction and active use by residents. The project also actively connects to the adjacent neighborhood park to the north and surrounding public pedestrian networks, realizing an open residential community that engages with the surrounding area.
Furthermore, through expandable modular unit plans and flexible residential clusters, the project completes the MODU:LiFE housing model, which can adapt to diverse family structures and evolving lifestyles.
